vwe internet's Channel Manager has been substantially modified to improve security and stability. Many new commands have been added, and a number of features have been removed. Although there are new commands to help you customise the program, you will have no access to any of the program source, configuration or associated files, nor will you attempt to gain access to them. You can only place this program on 1 channel, and you can only connect this program to our own Botnet.

You are therefore advised to test this program fully in advance, by connecting to irc.vwe.net where you will find a Trial Version called 'ChanMan' on 2 channels. If you type the following command, you will then be able to enter the party line with top level Owner privileges. Issue the following command and then DCC chat ChanMan.

/msg ChanMan Test <your password>

Rental of the Channel Manager Suite costs £75 per year including VAT.

Payment of this Fee will be taken to imply that you understand and accept the following Terms and Conditions:-

1. Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable.
   
   
2. You have fully examined the Trial Version and understand the changes and modifications that have been made to it.
   
   
3. You will not attempt to connect this program to any IRC Server that specifically prohibits Bots.
   
   
4. You will not place this program on any established channel without the consent of the majority of the established Operators on that channel.
   
   
5. You will not use this program for any hostile purposes whatsoever. A breach of Clause 4 would be considered hostile.
   
   
6. You will not attempt to hack into the program, associated files or source code, nor will you misuse any bugs or security holes found in the program's coding. You will report all bugs immediately upon discovery to the admin team and restrict use of any affected commands. vwe internet will aim to rectify any such errors as soon as physically possible and will notify you accordingly.
   
   
7. vwe internet will withdraw this program without warning or any refund of fees if Clauses 3, 4, 5 or 6 are breached, if any Server Bans (K Lines) result from your connections, or if any substantive complaint is received in writing by vwe internet. However, vwe internet will not involve itself in channel domestics.
   
   
8. vwe internet does all in its power to maintain constant connectivity and will endeavour to advise you when essential maintenance breaks are necessary, but vwe internet cannot be held responsible for loss of service caused by line or Network failures outside its direct control.
