- Except where otherwise speciified, the licence is for a single machine.
- User limits for DNews refer to the number of concurrent user connections. If you have 50 users then a 2 user licence will allow any two to read news at the same time.
- User limits for DMail and DPOP refer to the number of local EMail addresses in use.
Additional Help and Support
Every purchase of DNews, DMail or DMailWeb includes twelve months free EMail support. NetWin pride themselves on the quality of support they provide for their software. They will answer most EMail questions within twenty four hours. They also have user mailing lists to enable users of their software to share experiences and insights. These lists also provide NetWin with feedback on what new features would be of general interest.
