We can scan items for you up to A4 or Letter size, to a resolution of up to 3200 dpi and up to 68.7 billion colours or 4,096 shades of grey. The scanned images can be output in all the usual file formats and posted to you on CD, or EMailed to you but the size of the resultant file may make this option unrealistic.
Please remember that a whole A4 page scanned at maximum resolution results in a file size of some 45 GB! Needless to say, scanning part of a page or a document does reduce this significantly.
The originals will be returned to you by Recorded Delivery and all your originals and scanned images will be treated with complete confidentiality.
