We aim to build your site as close to your specification as we can. That means you’ll need to give us your full requirements before we start work, including all artwork, written content and layout.
Our quote is based on that specification, and if you change your mind about it after we’ve worked on it, we might need to charge you for the new work, but we usually make allowances for minor alterations and refinements.
Certain work, like custom-built search engines and CGI, cannot be amended at all once started on as amendments during building might require a rebuild from scratch. So it’s important to think through what you want before we start and put it in the specification to avoid the possibility of being charged for re-doing existing work.
